We want you to be happy with Elemental Mandarin Pro. This policy applies to purchases from Elemental Lingua LTD.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason. This applies to both monthly and yearly Pro subscriptions.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you paid with, or reply to your purchase receipt email.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from the Pricing page using "Manage or cancel subscription". You keep Pro access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
